MARIANA CONTRERAS VIVEROS UN CONTRATO PARA EL DISE\u00d1O DE SU LOGOTIPO Y LOS MANUALES DE IDENTIDAD GR\u00c1FICA Y DE APLICACIONES, EL CUAL CON FECHA 5 DE DICIEMBRE DE 2007 QUED\u00d3 DEBIDAMENTE INSCRITO EN EL REGISTRO P\u00daBLICO DE DERECHO DE AUTOR BAJO EL N\u00daMERO DE REGISTRO 03-2007-112611580700-3.<\/p>\n<p>3.- A LA C. FRIDA AGUIRRE MERLOS NO SE LE CONOCE EN EL IVAI Y MUCHOS MENOS SE HA CONCERTADO ALG\u00daN TIPO DE COMPROMISO CON ELLA. NOS ENVI\u00d3 UN ESCRITO SIGNADO POR ELLA MISMA DE FECHA 28 DE FEBRERO DE 2008, RECIBIDO EN LA OFICIAL\u00cdA DE PARTES DEL INSTITUTO EL 04 DE MARZO DE 2008 EN EL QUE SE\u00d1ALA TEXTUALMENTE: \u201cEL INTER\u00c9S ECON\u00d3MICO QUE REPRESENTA PARA LA SUSCRITA, QUE CONLLEVE EL DESPRENDIMIENTO DE LOS DERECHOS A FAVOR DE LA ENTIDAD, RESULTAN SER POR EL ORDEN QUE SE DESCRIBEN EN EL DOCUMENTO ANUNCIADO\u201d, Y QUE ES UN AVALUO EXPEDIDO POR CORREDOR P\u00daBLICO CON FECHA TAMBI\u00c9N DE 28 DE FEBRERO DE 2008.<\/p>\n<p>4.- EN EL ESCRITO HECHO LLEGAR AL IVAI POR LA C. FRIDA AGUIRRE MERLOS HACE REFERENCIA A UN CERTIFICADO DE REGISTRO N\u00daMERO 03-2008-011413305200-01 EXPEDIDO A SU NOMBRE POR EL INSTITUTO NACIONAL DE DERECHOS DE AUTOR, SIN EMBARGO DICHO CERTIFICADO NO VIENE ANEXADO EN EL ESCRITO, SOLAMENTE ADJUNT\u00d3 EL AVALUO MENCIONADO EN EL P\u00c1RRAFO ANTERIOR.<\/p>\n<p>5.- EL ASUNTO PROBABLEMENTE SE REDUZCA \u00daNICAMENTE A UNA PRETENSI\u00d3N ECON\u00d3MICA ENTRE LA C.
